cheddar for me....goes great in sandwiches, on pizza, and it's tasty just by itself. the most versatile cheese out there in my opinion. xd

My favorite would have to be the Baby Edam. Love it.
I find the Roquefort cheese absolutely disgusting.

Love just about every cheese out there except Linburger(sp)?, blue cheese ( gags ), and swiss ( finds a bucket ).
As for the more exotic cheeses out there, I can't say as I haven't had them.
