Each and everyone of us have made that resolution where we say we shall lose some weight, no matter what size we are we always have something we just do not like. Maybe you think your too big, too small, too fat, too thin or just not the right height or weight you feel you should be. So you decide to diet to lose weight shall we say but you find it hard to keep to a routine, to keep doing it day in day out. At first you enjoy it you feel good but then you find you dont have the time or the energy to carry on. Even though your fighting in your mind to keep going your body is screaming no and in the end you stop.. so what do you do to keep yourself going.
me i personally exercise when i am watching something means i am being active and not noticing the time. As for food i dont say no to anything fatty because it would just be too hard so insted i limit myself to 200 calories if i really need them of something and then i feel fine for the week. but also i do treats like i shall be going out with my fiancee. i make myself simple tasks to follow insted of saying i wanna lose a stone or something i just do 5 days on the cross trainer and rest for two and then i shall bump that up where i am working out for 6 days and a rest in the end.
so what do you do?
do you diet and then on one day eat what you want?
do you give yourself prizes if you keep at a diet or exercise regime
do you keep a chart and do stars [ie ten stars new cd yadda]
