He returned the squeeze of her hug. " I haven't felt this way about anyone until I met you. You don't have to worry anymore about being afraid. I will stay by your side forever." He gently wiped the tears off of her cheek and then kissed her lightly. "You don't need to be alone anymore. I'm here and I will never leave you. I swear it."

AnAllAmericanHomicide Theodore smiled slightly at her and nodded. He then tilted his head down slightly so he was 'looking' at the table.
Katrina tapped her fingernails on the table a few times.
"What are you thinking about?" She asked, genuinely curious.

He laughed a little as she kissed him. Pulling away for a moment, he smiled and said, "I'm glad to know that I can make you happy. That was awhat I was hoping for." He then kissed her back.

She looked up into his eyes, "I was hopeing for that as well." She wraped her arms around his waist. Never wanting to let go.

She loved the way that that sounded. She reached up on her tip toes and kissed his lips. "Lets go home."

He smiled at her. "I like the sound of that." He said as he wrapped his arms around her waist and returned the kiss. "After you, my love," He raised his arm toward the door like he was guiding the way.

She smiled. Holding close to him they left the cafe. On the way home. Home. She hadn't been able to say that with a smile for a long time.
