Gwynn stayed silent in his arms, she wasn't sure how to respond to what had happened. Sven frowned at him. "I will be fine. But this is a speed demon. You may not like it but you will need help." Sven said softly in a calm voice then sighed.

"Speed demon? Heh, I'll need less help then I'll be giving myself." Lazzel chuckled lightly, "I've eaten my fair share of those types of demons, it'll be to easy to find and kill this b*****d." He tightened his grip on Gywnn. "But we need to look at your wounds first, can you grab him?" Lazzel asked tilting his head toward Jon' motionless figure at the end of the alley.

Sven frowned but reluctantly nodded. He went to Jons body and grabbed him by the wrist. He lightly pulled him over his shoulder painfully then looked at Lazzel and Gwynn. Gwynn seemed to be in shock, she was crying quietly and staring downward.

"Do you want me to take him?" Lazzel asked, noticing the pain crossing Sven face. He tightened his grip further on Gywnn and looked down at her. "Shhhh, my love it's alright, I am here for you." He said, stroking her head lightly with his cheek.

Sven shook his head slowly. "Lets just get back." He said simply and began to leave, luckily not to many humans were out and he could get by easy. Gwynn closed her eyes and began to sob loudly again.

"It's ok love," Lazzel said in a quiet voice. He quickly dashed threw the streets after Sven, as he whispered quietly to Gywnn. "It's alright, I'll find him, Shhhhh my love be still, be calm."

Xzavior put his hands into his pockets and walked down the wet pavement that was shining in the dim light of the street lights. "I can't help but think that I could've helped them," he mumbled frustrated.
Via looked up at him tears beginning to well into her eyes,"Z... You know that there was nothing either of us could do. Don't put what happened to your parents upon yourself. I still cry myself to sleep becuase I....I thought that if I was a little bit stronger minded and courageous...that I could have help also. None...you hear me NONE...of what happened was yours or my fault." Via was almost on the verge of sobbing but breathed in.
Xzavior nodded and took Via in a loving embrace,"This is why I love you V." He let go and looked at her and smirked,"I am just so glad that I finally got to see that smile again." He chuckled a little. Via smiled and giggled between cries.
"It's been too long cousin," he said giving her one last squeeze. Via only nodded. "So you want to go back?"
Via shook her head,"No, Harrington won't be back for a while I still have time, no rush whatsoever." She looked up at him and smiled her smile. Xzavior laughed again.

Harrington walked around the corner to the block that Via and Xzavior were heading down. He looked straight ahead and ignored them as he began to walk by.
