Katsumi sat as still as a corpse on the edge of the rooftop facing out towards the slums hat surrounded the southern portion of the city. As the rain poured down around her the straw hat that adorned her head prevented her head from getting soaked, while the Akatsuki cloak did the rest of the work.

The lightning that cracked across the sky was followed by a loud *boom* of thunder that still did not move her. She simply sat there, quiet and unmoving as the bells attached to the straw hawt gently jingled and swayed in the wind.
