"We have a pool two. Uhhh, actually two. I haven't gone swimming yet. Melvin doesn't have the time and he's scared about my skin. I get hurt really easy and he doesn't know what water will do to me." Tai explained easily. Though she glanced up, for a moment yearning to feel the rain. She loved the sight of rain and yearned to dance in it, but she wasn't ever allowed outside during the rain, and Melvin always had an umbrella ready.

"Really?" Janus' eyes lit up, "I'm the oppisite, I don't get hurt at all. I mean I'll bleed and stuff, but I don't feel it." In fact the lack of feeling often lead to the bleeding.
He missed the yearning because he didn't understand it. Because hadn't ever felt there would be no reason for him to want to feel something. Some day maybe he'd want to feel something but right now that wasn't the case.
