Hey all I've done some math- well a lot of math today and I've figured out some conversions from Wizard Money to muggle money. The fallowing chart should be easy enough to read. if you have any questions, feel free to ask!
Now recall that European money is different than american money. So then you must know th fallowing.
0.6831 Eur= $1 USD
Need a better amount? OKay then, 3.01 Euro= Aprox $4.40 USD
Okay now, 1 Galleon is about 3.01 Euro.
Still with me? Right now we have the fallowing information written down:
0.6831E= $1 USD
1G=3.01E
3.01E= $4.40 USD
Make sense?
OKay. Now if we translate Galleons Stickles and Knuts into our money the first few numbers would be like so:
USD Galleons Stickles Knuts
1 = 0 = 1 = 19
2 = = 3 = 10
When do we get into Galleons?
Well this is the only place where I can find a pattern to help me explain. You see, for every eleven USD we add a Galleon.

Try looking at this chart. We'll ignore the stickles and the Knuts for now, as they will only confuse you.
USD Galleons
11= 1
21= 2
31= 3
