It is AGAINST SHOP RULES to PM our artists unless they ask you to. If you wish to communicate with our artists, please use their Artist Threads here in the Artist subforum, or PM the shop mule, Dr. Akari.

Do not PM our artists unless they specifically ask you to.

If you are placing an order for a Patch child, please send the trade to Dr. Akari! All other services (non-child pets, artwork, items) may be purchased directly through the artist.

If you are paying for your child in terms other than pure gold, please discuss the items you will be using to pay in the artist thread so there is record of the artist accepting your payment terms in a location where the shop staff can see it.

All of this is to ensure that the main shop is aware of your purchase and that everything is kosher. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in your child's delivery being delayed significantly.

A Note On TekTek Valuations

Tektek is a great resource, very handy, but when using it to value your items, please please please check each item individually. Look at the Lowest Marketplace Value AND the Average Buy Price and use the value which is lower.

Why? Well, if your artist wanted to, your artist should be able to liquidate the items you have offered and receive the full gold value of their services immediately.

Don't use Tektek's inventory tool! This tool uses the lowest current marketplace value which can be SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what people are willing to actually pay for items, depending on what's being listed in the Marketplace at the moment. We've all seen people list items for exorbitant prices, far more than those items are actually worth, and if all the reasonably-priced items are sold out at the moment, these inflated prices are not good indicators of what an item is actually worth.
