I hadn't been in a WSG in ages because alliance kept losing. Horde just seemd to work together and alliance ran around trying to attack all the horde that moved.
But last WSG weekend, I entered one. We pwnt their asses! It's like the horde got overconfident and the alliance had learned the error of their ways and we all worked together the way you're spose to.
Of course, I figured it was just a fluke and I didn't enter another one just incase we lost. lol
AB is a lost cause if you don't have resilience. I learned that very quickly.
AV is still a majority alliance win, it seems. I've been in a few lately and we only lost because Horde did a premade and it just sucked the fight out of the alliance.
EotS.. I've only done the one of them and we won. But apparantly that's a rare case scenario to hear people talk in trade.
I'm in battlegroup Ruin.

Regardless of terrain advantages and such, the key strategy of winning any battle is working together.
Unfortunately Alliance on my battlegroup don't listen to their leader and want to do things on their own. This can cause valuable minutes to win (especially in AV) the horde has it down pat even if it is disadvantageous to them. After 12 minutes if Alliance don't capture certain key bases, we lost.
