Haha in marching band we sousas love to shake our booties and swing our bells around. Only sousas can get away with that sorta! It's a bit odd for me though because im a girl, and the sousa completely engulfs me

Well, We have a guy put a sousa on and do a Flip off our directors podium thingy. IT always gets the crowd going pretty well!

Im only like 5 foot 3 and my sousa is as big as I am and we have to do this dance to a cadence involving lots of jumping and swinging and everyone is amazed that we have to do it. My squad leader can actually take it off and swing the sousa around his body and put it on again without dropping it or scratching it... he's like... way taller than me though. Im the shortest and only girl in my section biggrin .

(Wow nice job trying to bring back a dead post.)
we just do the normal crazy stuff...jump at insane speeds, lift our sousies in the air on tempo, sousie 360's your know that stuff...but this year we cant do like any of that cause our rookies are weak...

Our band has an amazing Sousa dude. He always makes the low brass do really intense dance moves for our cadences. Like, we do this one move where we jump to the sides, switching every four jumps, then kick forward while marching, and we'll end the dance with a high kick.
And in our famous cadence(Go richfield spartans!), he does this really speedy spin. xD Seriously, it's like ballet. I find it amazing how he makes it graceful.

Wow, we don't really do much at our school. Of course, we don't do comp's here at our little school. One feild show a year and that's pretty much it.
I have a good freshman this year, though. Even if the tuba's taller than she is. We in the planning stages for some much cooler stuff. twisted
Seriously, though, I think the high point of my day is yelling "Look Out" before i walk through a door, because some one always ignores it and gets eaten by the bell.
