Personality: Shy and sweet is both her good and bad points. She can come across as cold by someone who does not know her. Her innocence can also be annoying to someone who does.

History: Whisper is probably one of the most otter-like otters on the Oasis. She is content with a simple life of hanging out by the water and nomming a fish every so often. She harbors no megalomaniacal tendencies and is amused by otters with clothing as she sees them unnecessary and bulky for swimming. She was born from her clam in the Oasis and it is the only life she has ever known.

Personality: Since she is blind, Hinoto's other senses are very keen to the point that it can be hard to tell sometimes. She is intuitive to the feelings and concerns of others, but rational enough to keep a level head at almost all times. Her voice is soft but firm; her advice straight to the point and honest.

Unlike her anime counterpart, otter!Hinoto is not mute or deaf. She is also not psychic but her intuitive nature mimics this trait of her namesake without being intrusive.

History: Until her debut on the otter scene, Hinoto spent much of her early life learning to cope with her disability. Now a stately and regal elder, she has taken up in the main Oasis as a seer of sorts, offering advice and wisdom to those who seek it. Her intentions are pure; she only wants what's best for the other otters.
