Hello to you all, my name in rs is bebop 2005 and I like to linger by the rs rants forums to read some funny stuff, here is something I just found. I'll keep this thread updated with a couple of rants everyday. For some reason I found this one to be kinda funny Thread name: Wow, Jagex, just...wow Quote: Whaaat??? what what what what what? Actually read this before locking it, seriously. If there is some sort of customer service still left, then I need some help! This is pathetic. I don't remember when, but our clan was having a random chat, and I said that I was going to "infiltrate jagex headquarters". Living in the US, it is obvious that I can't actually do that, but I got a warning in my message box saying that I was going to actually be MONITORED, and something about criminal violation. I mean, seriously, the people associated with this game need to seriously lighten up. No one understands sarcasm in this liberal, politically correct world, and I refuse to say sorry for the incident. For some reason, the website is so cryptic that I can't even find a complaint form or feedback, I just get a stupid faq because jagex's knowledge base can answer any question. (sarcasm) Then, to make things worse, I got reported 3 times for saying something along the lines of "bow down to my jagex modliness," once again sarcasm, and all 3 of my appeals were denied. First of all, they only have 3 categories which aren't specific enough for certain situations. Also, they give you hardly any space to write your appeal, and when they deny it you can't re-appeal. THIS IS PATHETIC JAGEX!! You guys think your knowledge base is perfect, so we can't send complaints or support questions anymore??? I am so mad right now. YOU ARE NOT PERFECT. I want this feedback back, and thats why im posting this. I want any mod who reads this to realize that you can't tell me to go to customer support anymore to settle disputes like this, because jagex REMOVED it. I want complaints or customer support back, and a whole website rehaul would be great. Oh, and that little thing about monitoring my account because I was joking? You guys have better stuff to do than monitor the account of a harmless person who jokes around a lot, maybe put some manpower into, I don't know, updating the websit
