yeah, i find myself roll stepping all of the time. some people think its annoyig when i tell them to take equal size steps so i can keep in step with them.

Garg!
Yes, all the time.
And when I walk with peole who aren't in marching band I have to walk in step with them and it creeps them out.
I don't have any friends in my band though.
They all quit on me.

That hasn't happened to me [yet] but on our way to a water break, we were walking across the practice feild [after lots of practice doing 8 to 5 steps] and I noticed I kept hitting the yard line. And then I counted how many steps I was taking, and I was taking 8.
I was stuck on 8 to 5 steps for like an hour.
