in what i have read in the manga was when the guy who make clones.. what's his name again???? nevermind... he said that "trying to remove the right eye, it was as i expected from one of clow reed's bloodline" he was talking about the clone syaoran who recently tried to remove the real syaoran's right eye.... and would that line mean that syaoran is one of clow's blood-line so sakura and syaoran are somehow relatives???? OMG no!!!!!!!!! well i'm not sure about my conclusion... help!!!!!!!!! anyone who knows about this!!! heart 4laugh
and another i really don't understand who's the "real syaoran" is it the one with fei wang's crest or the one they've traveled with???

Anyway, I was wondering about that too. gonk But I decided to stop over thinking it and hoped they would explain the "relative of Clow" thing later. Haha. But from the sounds of it they are somehow related (maybe Syaoran has sort of the same relation to Clow as he did in CCS?).
The Syaoran from the beginning was the clone... I think. But because of the eye that the real Syaoran gave him, he had feelings and a heart and all that mushy stuff. Later on, he sort of awakens, because of Fei Wong Reed, to carry out his purpose. Which is why he goes all evil.
The one that shows up later with the crest is the real Syaoran, who was kidnapped by Fei Wong Reed.
At least that was my understanding. x__x I might be totally wrong.

No, no, that's how it is. There's no misunderstandings there. The Syaoran from the tubs was the real Syaoran and the Syaoran traveling with them was a clone. That's why that Syaoran had no memory of anything until shortly before he met his father. He didn't really exist long before then.
It's confusing, yes, but it gets even more confusing after chapter 178 and 179. So many plot twists...

the thing i'm also getting confused with is the "Clow Reed" part.
like, from reading xxholic, i think they mention that the the TRC/xxxholic "Clow Reed" and the CCS "Clow Reed" are the same...
since Yuuko mentioned at the beginning of xxxholic how "that evil glasses guy" created a magic staff and CCS sakura's wand was it and existed in her world....
and in CCS, Kero always mentions Clow was a great magician, tho had a bad personality...0_o...
so confusing, but i love how the plot is so intricate! whee

Since Clow Reed was extremely powerful and uber, I wouldn't be surprised if he had different lives going on in many different worlds. xd lol.
I'm not caught up with xxholic at ALL (I'm a bad fan!) though, so I couldn't say.

thanks for answering now everythings cleared up but still there's still confusion left sweatdrop
but anyway even if trc is really so confusing i still love the story and how they do the plots and gets exciting the farther you get!!!!!

well i want to see the elevator scene in the manga (if there's one) i would like to compare it with the anime....
i have major trouble searching it in the manga i have to look at every page ..my eyes are all drowsy now!!! O_o

Ooh, now that you say that, I think there's a part in the 6th book (right after she captures Fiery, if I remember it right) where she falls over the edge of something and Syaoran grabs onto her, she falls and he's like: SAKURA!!!! wahmbulance
That's pretty similar to the famous elevator scene. whee
