LOOK AT IT! I pay money for their servers, and their people and the fairly smooth running of Gaia, and I have to quit looking at so many pages? WHAT THE HELL?!
I can see the slow down thing in the Avi Arena, cause people would blindly go around rating just to gather gold, but I'm LOOKING AT PAGES.

As far as I know, that's their attempt to stop page-loading bots. I got that once when I wasn't even loading pages that fast. =/
Doesn't seem very effective.

I keep about six tabs open, and I reload them every so often, but I just reloaded one and it was like, "HAY PARTNER. SLOW YER PONY DOWN."

Yeah, I got that in the MP once too, the items were getting posted really fast and I was trying to buy aggresively. It scared the crap out of me. Now I do the multi-tab thing and often I keep open several accounts using different browsers.

You people do realize that theres usually 90-100,000 people on here at one time and at least half of them are refreshing a lot.
I don't think their servers can't take all that.
