Jolteon@Wise Glasses
Timid - 252 Special Attack, Speed, 6 HP
Volt Absorb

Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave
Substitute
HP Ice

What it does: This starter takes care of Tauntdos' and can damage many other starters. The only struggle that this starter has is with starting Metagross'. Looking at Jolteon's max speed, it can substitute to avoid status ailiments off the bat. Wise Glasses helps his Special Attack which is very useful. Thunder Wave is basically to stop Weavile's speed and Speed Boosters.

Garchomp@Salac Berry
Jolly - 252 Attack, Speed, 6 HP
Sand Veil

Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Substitute
Swords Dance

What it does: Standard SubChomp.

Cresselia@Leftovers
Bold - 100 HP, 252 Defense, 52 Special Attack, 106 Special Defense
Levitate

Ice Beam
Calm Mind
HP Ground
Rest

What it does: Just a good wall to use. HP Ground mainly to stop Heatrans.

Skarmory@Leftovers
Impish - 117 HP, 252 Defense, 141 Special Defense
Keen Eye

Stealth Rock
Drill Peck
Roost
Toxic

What it does: A good physical wall. No need for Roar/Whirlwind as I find it pointless to just let Skarmory get hit in the process. Main job is to set up Stealth Rock and Toxic-Stall.

Starmie@Wise Glasses
Timid - 252 Special Attack, Speed, 6 HP
Natural Cure

Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Psychic
Surf

What it does: Special Sweeping. Wise Glasses>Choice Specs so I can switch my moves over whenever I please. I can also fool the opponent into thinking I am a SpecsMie by using a move in consecutive and later switching the move to kill the Pokemon that was "supposed" to stop me. I know my what it does parts don't make sense. Don't really like doing this part.

Tyranitar@Leftovers
Adamant - 110 HP, 252 Attack, 100 Defense, 48 Speed
Sand Stream

Stone Edge
Crunch
Earthquake
Dragon Dance

What it does: Physical Sweeper.

Well First off something that Jolteon is good. You say you are having problems with Metagross? In my mind I would take out Subitute and put in Shadow Ball.

The Garchomp is fine in almost everything. The item is what bothering in my mind. I only think Salac Berry is good for pokemon who use the Endure/Reversal combo. Maybe a Life Orb or Liechi Berry would be better. Then again that is just me.

Cress is very well good here. Just why would you not give a chesto or lum berry to a pokemon who knows rest? The leftovers are fine just not with a pokemon that knows rest.

Scarm hmmm......I can see why you would choose Stealth Rock over Spikes. First off anything can get hit by it. Second you would need 3 layers of Spikes to do some damage. Stealth Rock can do some big damage to those Fire and Flying types. I've seen it happen many times with my Infernape.

Hmmmm.....The Starmie is good. I cant seem to find anything to say about it.

Ah...T-tar I love using this dude. Some people said it should be Uber and not OU due to it being a beast. Leftovers might not be the best item for this beast though. Life Orb might be better.

As for a number rating I hate doing those as they never go well.
