I've seen some terrible cosplay out their. Like one guy dressed up a Faye from Cowboy Bebop and a fat guy a Bridgett form Guilty Gear. There should be rules on who can dress up as what. Those two gave me nightmares during the day.

Manfaye? I didn't see a Manfaye when I went to my first cosplay sweatdrop
But (imo) I don't think there should be rules as who can dress as whom (or what) because I think people should be able to dress up as whomever they choose. 3nodding But that's my opinion.
