I currently have an anime quest. Yeah, you are sooo jealous. (lol, jk) Anyway, it contains a list of animes that I have finished and animes that I want to start/finish. Here it is:
Finished:
Ouran High School Host Club (HIghly recommended)
(Fruits basket DOES NOT count because the next season starts in english, I believe, in 2009)
Need to finish:
Bleach
Fullmetal Alchemist (Highly recommended)
Naruto (Too many fillers...Plus, there's the movies)
Wanna start:
Death Note
Blood + (maybe)
Inuyasha (maybe)
So I wanna know, what's YOUR anime quest?

My quest is to one day create my own manga. Even if I only publish it online I don't care. I just think it would be cool to do.
In regards to finishing stuff:
I want to start reading chobits'
I want the next fruits basket to come out (i'm caught up with what is available in the US though.)
um... other than that I don't know.

I don't think half the mangas I follow have even been heard of in the US. I usually read the online scans. At the moment, I'm pretty up to date on everything so there's nothing I need to read.
