Chicks dig music, so it should be simple to attract those who maybe aren't musicians. The only thing about that is those who don't appreciate music might pass you off as a dork. They're stupid.

How to get girls? As in to date you? Well, coming from someone who is happily married and had one hell of a roller coaster dating life, let me tell you that it is an art to find that perfect someone, or even a someone you are willing to spend just a few months to a couple years with.
The best thing to keep in mind is to be yourself. It's not fair if you have to change who is fundamentally YOU to please someone else that might not even be there in five years time.
Another good thing is to make sure your personal hygiene is up to snuff. No girl likes a smelly guy.
Don't go out into the world thinking "Oh my god... I need to find a girlfriend!" Most guys set themselves up for failure with that attitude. Instead, just approach people as if you just wanted to be friends and don't expect anything more to come out of it. When you and a special girl get to talking and find out that you have similar interests, have the same views on politics, or just think that sporks are the most awesome thing in the universe, just let things take their natural course. When both of you feel comfortable enough to adopt a 'dating' status, then that's the time to finally earn a girlfriend.

Basicly what javanius said, don't try to change yourself becuz most of the time boys do that only make themselfs look stupider (srry) and if she dosn't like you then your one more girl down. Also try to look comfertable. Girls are more likly to be impressed by a boy who isn't looking like he wishes he was somwhere else. Well good luck!

Talk to her, be nice, don't push it. Personally, I'd love an equally crazy band geek (a good musician makes my heart beat so fast heart ) but basically, just be yourself and respect her. Get to know her. Stuff like that. But don't become a stalker, you're apt to completely freak her out. I've had several friends that had boys stalking them, it was creepy.

First off, girls don't like perverts; just flirt with them, don't go too far. Why? You might get slapped.
Second, just be yourself. But, if you think you can be a better person for the girl, then change some things that will (hopefully) be for the best, not for the worst.
Third, don't stalk the girl. It creeps them out, seriously. (I hated the guy who did that to me. <__< But things are starting to be okay between us.. but I still keep my distance.)
