I love sushi and could easily eat it all day everyday!!!!
Rolls, sashimi, sushi, wakame salad, miso soup, shrimp tempura...mmmmmm

I do have to say I have a deep affinity for raw fish and generally anything with rice. I'm not a huge fan of wasabi due to a traumatic guac/wasabi mixup as a child.

I don't like anything from the sea, except for tuna, so I'm a bit afraid of trying sushi, since I had the worse experiences trying sea food.
It looks yummy tho.

looks tasty! I'm a big lover of all japanese foods. I'm currently collecting any nice recipes I find so that I can try them out. I found this really nice trick where you add a fresh raw egg and a drissle of soy sauce to a bowl of hot rice. The rice being hot sortof half cooks the egg and makes it really really good!
