((i think we need a new post in here you guys are deadbeats xD))
Softheart rose with a chill his eyes sleepy and half dazed, he looked around the camp. It was dark now he could tell. There was a full moon he could barely make out in the sky through his tired eyes. And he was cold, he was shivering and didn't have any energy. When had he fallen asleep? The elder was startled to find that he couldn't move. He was too weak. He gave a scared yowl for help and as he went for another yell he choked up. He was parched as well. Had no one noticed that he had fallen asleep in the snow? Was anyone there now to help him? He gave up as a whoosh of weariness came over him and he had to close his eyes. He almost couldn't feel the cold.... he was so numb... Oh Starclan help me.

Lightface looked up, and ran over to Softheart as fast as she possibly ever could. "Softheart...Softheart!?" She picked up Softheart pretty easily and dragged him over to the medicine cat's den. "Get warm first, Softheart, before I treat you with herbs." She got more moss and laid it over Softheart, trying to warm him. "Um...I'll get a mouse!" She ran over to the forest, falling into a hunting crouch. Out of pure panic, she was a good hunter. She had caught a rabbit and a mouse easily, then rushed back to the medicine cat's den. "Eat this. Now. It's still warm!"

Softheart shivered in the warm den. His paws ached and his whole body felt like it was frozen. He was soaked through to the bone as the snow melted on his fur. He looked dazed at the fresh kill and his stomach growled hungrily. He took a weak bite and could feel a little bit of his energy returning. He took another warm bite, sending painful shivers down his spine and then a whoosh of exhaustion washed over him he was out cold. He was still shivering and he could feel the pain in his paws even in his sleep. Lightface would have to work fast.

Lightface ran to get some feverfew, and made him eat. "That should help with your fever..." She whispered, then crushed some lotus roots to give to Softheart. "This'll try and get you awake..." She grabbed some skullcap seeds, and made Softheart eat them too. "This will give you some strength..." She whispered, then pushed Softheart away from the entrance as much as possible, then wrapped his paws in dry moss. "Since you may have white paw..."

Softheart muttered a weak mew of thanks and fell asleep again. It was more peaceful now, a bit of warmth was returning. His paws still ached but the rest of his body felt better. He was more numb from the cold than anything. His sleep was dreamless but restful. When he woke he'd be like a new cat thanks to Lightface.

Lightface watched Softheart anxiously, almost pacing around the medicine cat's den. "One of the reasons leafbare is bad..." She hissed under her breath.
