well..naruto's nine tailed power is pretty much basicaly it
but pein's jutsus are pretty tight too heart heart heart xp

Strongest jutsu, if used properly:
Shiki Fuujin (Dead Demon Seal)
This is the jutsu that the Third Hokage used to take away the use of Orochimaru's jutsu. The seal Kills the user, but it is also supposed to kill the enemy. Orochimaru did not die, because he was stronger then the Third Hokage, and the Third Hokage was dying because Orochimaru's Kusanagi was pierced through his chest. The Third completed the seal and killed himself.

the most powerful seal is the phantom dragons nine seals, while (my personal favorite) ninjustu is Pains eyes. They let him go undefeated his entire life, and take down Jiriya hermit mode.
