As for to many sub-forums, some guilds have over 100 sub-forums.
Clashing all the unactive ones together wouldnt be fair for the few who do love a certain sub-forum.
I mean, the more sub-forums, the more happy girls.
To many sub-forums wont kill us but having a post we really want to make and cant because there is no sub-forum for it, well thats anoying.

I hate to be a lump on a log.
But to have 100 sub-forms is RIDICULOUS.
That's annoying to scroll through.
Anyways,
I am pretty sure some do think it's a tad annoying.
However that's the guild's opinion, not just one.
Some forums belong by themselves like the roleplaying and art for example. But others seem like it'd do better if grouped together.
If you make quiet diverse forums, the problem that the post they want to speak about, will always have a place with less sub-forums.
As for the too much work thing.
This is a guild, and I'm pretty sure any possible improvement the guild could make, should take any amount of work. Someone would definitely help out.

Mellee, i love making the guild better, but its only Melly and i who do anything which to me, seems extremely unfair and it makes work so much harder.
Id be so happy if our other crew members helped out, but they dont.

Ahh I see. So that's where the problem lies.
It is difficult to find full time crew members. Especially with most of us in high school with jobs. But maybe when the new crew members are chosen, I think my sub forum idea should come back into consideration.

People think its great to be a crew member.
And they act like they can do the job and for the first few weeks they do well, but then they start to slack off.
But when we get our new crew members, it will be so much easier.
