“NO!!” Karin screamed as she heard the news about the Uchiha murder. “How?! When?! Who?!” She stumbled with confusion.
“Karin, calm down!” said her uncle, Jiro Watanabe.
“No uncle! How can I calm down when my WHOLE family is almost wiped out?!”
Yes, you probably figured out by now that Karin is an Uchiha. She is one of Sasuke’s cousins from his dad’s side. She was named after mother, Karin Watanabe, who died of an illness when she was three years old. Four years later, Karin and her uncle went to visit some friends and relatives in the Village Hidden in the Cherry Blossoms.

Two weeks later is when Itachi went and killed everyone(QM: Except Sasuke…why didn’t Itachi kill Sasuke too…WHY!!!!!!! T~T Oh yeah! The reason why Itachi didn’t kill Karin is because he never even knew she existed! Yay!!!!!!...I like toast! ^____^)
“But uncle…who did this?” Karin said oh so innocently.
“…Itachi…” Jiro said with hate in his voice.
“Itachi? Why would Itachi do this?! HAS HE GONE MAD?!” Said Karin with a psychotic tone in her voice. (QM: Karin acts like a psycho maniac when she’s angry! ^___~)
“Karin, it’s okay. You don’t need to be so angry. Just be thankful that Itachi never met you.” Jiro said afraid that Karin would turn psycho at any moment.
“*sigh* Yes, your right uncle. I SHOULD be thankful of that…I just wonder if Sasuke is alright…” Karin said with care in her voice, knowing that Sasuke must be terrified if he was alive.
(QM: awwww…. She cares about her cousin even if he is a loser ^___~)
“Don’t worry, I think he’s alright. ‘Even if he’s scarred for life…’ He’s a smart kid.” Jiro said nervously.
“Yeah, but he’s still only an academy student.” Karin said mockingly. (QM: By the way, Karin is a chunin and one year older than Sasuke! ^___^)
