:: Sneering as the backfist connected, Ryuu stumbled aside a few steps. Spitting down at Jed's feet, Sakamoto ran off to the ropes behind him. Bouncing off, Ryuu would add extra speed to his dash as he attempted to just forearm Jed's brain straight out of his skull! ::

As Ryuu began to run to ropes.Jed decide to do the same thing. Jed came back toward Ryuu. Jed went for his own forearm at the same time. Trying to knock them both down.
(In other words, your move hit, but I'm going for my own.)

:: The forearms connected at the same time, and provided that both men held nothing back, both Ryuu and Jed would go down onto the canvas! Holding his head, Ryuu just blinked his eyes up at the lights .. trying to shake his head clear as he worked to get back on his feet once again .. ::

I"m going to give the win to Ryuu.
I'm not going to write out an ending as the match won't affect the X-Cup at all and I saw no weather conditions used.
