I am going to do a modified Vivi cosplay. If you don't know what he looks like here is a picture:
Vivi from Final Fantasy IXSo you see, I can do everything else without much trouble, but his hat is what is giving me a lot of grief. I don't know how to make it or what to use that is light weight enough to hold it up like that in the picture! I guess it's kind of like the sorting hat from Harry Potter... but taller.
I would like to stay away from expensive materials like leather- so ideas on that would be really helpful as well.
