It freezes when I click "turnpike". It loads nothing else, and altogether stops loading Dx

It's at the Parking Lot though, not the Turnpike.

I wish I could be there but for one... I never really figured out what rally is. confused For two I'm guessing it's something like towns which means it won't work on my computer. And for three... I have no idea if it's over now or if it was even today because I'm a very confused person... surprised

It's not your fault whatsoever.
That's like being late for work even though you got up early because somebody else got in a car crash and ther was no way around quickly.
