Nevermind.
I was re-reading The Stone Rose, set in Ancient Rome, and Ten was eating some random meat with sauce and veggies.. and fruit pastries.. the Doctor crammed the rest of one in his mouth 'cause he was in a hurry. mrgreen

It'd be kind of funny if it turned out there's the only place he'll eat is this little restaurant in Barcelona, 1923, and whenever he gets hungry he makes a surreptitious trip there under the guise of "Cold flux-agitation combustor repairs, it'll only take a minute really, very boring, you better stay here, yeah? Bye." It's very awkward business, eating.
