getting back to the topic tai bo give you more of a full body work out palaties is more for toning your musles

i dunno... how about... tai chee!!! lol jp jp um... well depends bro... what type of workout/improvement do you want to make to your body? i mean... the body of a body builder and a martial artist isnt the same... one focuses on ONLY toning the muscles... the other tones muscles to improve maneuverability and to gain agility+strength... both are cool in their own way... for me... it would be tai bo biggrin
