Colors: Black arms from the elbows to the 'wrists'. Hands, upper arms and shoulders are white. Lower half of his chest is black, forming a curved W of sorts. Upper half of his chest is white. Dark gray stomach and legs down to the 'knee'. Black 'underwear-like' patch on... whereever underwear could go on a numa. XD White legs and black feet. Top of his tail should be white and the underside black.
Markings: Autobot symbol either in the middle of his chest or his right'breast'. Police badge on both shoulders (the same provided in the Minya reference found HERE). The Word "Police" and police badge on the black stripe of his doorwings as shown in the reference. The Words "Highway Patrol" in black text written over the white part of the doorwings, right above 'Police'.
Edits: Replace the coffee wings with 'door wings' as shown in the references (preferrably like the Minya's wings.) Red Chevron protuding from a golden crest on his forehead, preferrably like shown in this reference.. Pink translucent, glowing 'data pad' -just draw something like a holographic notepad/square and you're set. XD; Blue (#00C7FF) glowing eyes
