You can live anywhere in Spira and the Gnome powered regions. The Gnome Spirit has given full permission for you all to use his lands to live and create homes for you and your Katorai. Live long enough- with a good stable home and you might just be rewarded by the Gnome Spirit. Maybe even a blessing from him.

Spira however is neutral lands. No wars go on here nor any racist against elements. Spira is where Katorai and humans live in harmony along with many elements. Some Katorai that have been in hiding will apear here or that have gone missing- usually end up in Spira which is in the center of the continent.
