I need a pengy picture, hopefully of a pps pengy, feminine too. You can run with that, add anything you want as long as it is tasteful and feminine.
I'd like it cg'd or paintshop/photoshop, and high quality.
I am going to use it for a surprise for all penguins.
And I need it kinda quickly. ><
