1. Pit is considered part of the Drumline. If it wasn't, the Judges wouldn't group them into one score in Marching Band.
For Christ's sake.
2. My drumline in marching season consisted of:
2 snares,
2 quints,
5 basses,
a countless number of Pit players.
3. My drumline for the Spring season consists of:
3 snares,
2 quints,
5 basses,
2 cymbals,
and I believe 9 Pit players.

My drumline is sooo gay.
4 snares- 3 of them are girls, used to be 5, but he quit. and i got really pissed off.
4 cymbals- most of them are mallet players that don't actually know how to play snare. then there's that one percussion kid that can only play the triangle.
3 quads- our conductor chose this really bad kid for quads and ignored me because i play mallets too...like i play both, but he won't listen. so its gay
4 bass- one of them is a friking CHELLO player, who has no idea how to play drums. Like at all.
so yea. we suck really bad.
What's pit?

YEA CBT in da house we have 4 snare 5 bass 3 quint 1 cymbal (me) im also pretty much everything but i cover cymbals mostly

. at least SOMEONE understands drumline... actually judges dont judge a category labeled drumline, no they judge percussion ensamble, which has two catagories within itself, pit and battery, omg 2 seperate entities, and thank you for once again exposing your misguided opinions and lowering the group i.q. of the planet, earth certainly needs more people like you, just like we need another c average president in the white house

emoBABE_5683 man. our drumline is so messed up. by messed up i mostly mean perverted. but i guess thats typical for drumline, eh? hah theres 17 ppl in our drumline -4 snares -4 basses -1 quad -2 cymbals -6 pit how about your drumline? tell me about yours. any funny/perverted stories? well for my band the drumline is also perverted...they would most likley want to have sex with each other at the same time...and all of them (exepet pit) are gay and guys -2 snares -3 basses -1 quad -0 cymbals -7 pit
