umm i think so cause i was watching a show and your balls are alot softer then they seem and i have only been kicked in the balls like 3-4 times and that was when i was around 7

It is possible for a kick to damage the testicles to the point where the man would have trouble having children, but it's pretty rare. If your friend is getting kicked every day in sports or something, he might want to wear an athletic cup. If he notices bleeding or swelling, he should talk to a doctor.
