hey!! has anyone here heard of that Wylie Band? Well, that's my band and this year our show was called rythmic dances and it won us a first place prize at our first competition!!! it was AWESOME!!! im a fishy so this was first comp and i LOVED it!!! what were your show's names and how did you place?i want to know, i think its awesome to hear about other bands all over the place!!

My band, the Huntsville Hornet Millitary Marching Band, went all the way to Area this year! We did the Semi's and then we made the top seven finalsits for the Finals. It was so fun. We did "Battle of the Winds" by C.E. Duble, then we did "Quejada" arranged by our director, then "Cyrus the Great" by K.L. King.

Our uber show this year was BATMAN, yes BATMAN, it was AMAZING, I was the only baritone player so I was my own section leader. I played with the trombones though xD. We got the highest visual in one of our competitions we went to, The other band got the rest though. It made our day to steal one high award.
