The Port Gino city council has been debating whether or not to host a holiday event for the past few weeks. Ideas were thrown around the table- Secret Santas, Christmas Parties, and the whole shebang. But nothing really seemed to grab them. They wanted something to bring parts of the community together in new ways. But how would they do this?
Oddly enough, it was the janitor who inspired the council, by humming "Jingle Bells" as he swept up the hall corridor outside the late-running council meeting.
That's it, they thought! There could be a Christmas Caroling event!
And so the first Port Gino Caroling Night was concieved.
Anyone who enjoys singing, writing, and freezing your butt off in the cold with large groups of strangers is encouraged to read on.
