Well, sort of. You can rent one if you so choose, but you must do a few things first to prove that you will be responsible with it.

First off: You must be a crew member.

To become crew:

- Don't break the rules. (Duh.)
- Recommend guild. (That link up by the top? Yus. Click it. xd )
- Be active. 8-10 posts a day, or 5 new topics. (Yes, this is more than what is required for people who are already crew. You must prove to me that you are dedicated.)
- Donate atleast 100 gold to the guild. (This goes towards your first month's rent if you decide to rent a subforum.)
- PM me with the following form

1.) How long have you been a member of Gaia?
2.) How many posts do you have?
3.) Do you know how to make banners?
4.) Why do you want to become a crew member?

- Comment me and tell me how awesome I am. whee

To own a subforum:
- You must be a crew member
- Send me a PM with the following information:

1.) Username
2.) What you will name your subforum.
3.) What your subforum's theme (if any) will be.
4.) Whether or not you will plan on holding any contests in the future.

If I ok it, I will PM you telling you so. If not, I will tell you what will not work, or what information is missing and if you fix it you will get the subforum.

Subforums cost 200 gold a month to rent, as of now they are not available to purchase, but that may change in the future. Payments should be made within the first three days of the month.

How to Pay Rent:
- At this time rent will be paid in the same way that donations would be made to the guild.

You may not pay rent in advance!
This means that if you would like to rent a subforum, you must pay each month's rent within the first 3 days of the month it is due. Not before. Not after. This is to prevent confusion on who has and has not paid their rent for which months. Any extra gold you put in with your monthly rent will be considered a donation.

Rent Payments are non-refundable.
If you lose your subforum for rule breaking or from being banned from the guild, I will not refund your gold. So just don't break rules and we'll be fine.

If you own multiple subforums, you pay 200 gold per sub. 3nodding

...incase you were wondering, Subforum owners are called Tenents because they pay rent for their subs 3nodding

Benefits of being a Crew Member:

- Access to Crew-Only Subforums
- Ability to participate in Crew-Only contests
- Ability to own a subforum

Benefits of being a Tenent:

- Cheaper than a full guild
- Easier to maintain than a guild
- Easy to recruit members for
- Ability to host your own contests and lottos
