The rules may appear rather harsh at first, but I'm just trying to keep everything under control. It's really not as scary as it looks. 3nodding
For Everyone:
- Keep it clean. This means no excessive swearing, name calling or otherwise bashing of any guild members or other people in general.
- Don't page stretch. In either direction. It's just not cool.
- Follow the TOS and Gaia Rules.
- Everything is PG13 or lower.
- Stay active
- Add a poll to every thread you make.
- DON'T BEG.
For Crew Members:
All aforementioned rules, PLUS
- Report any rule-breaking threads or posts to me.
- Unless a post breaks a specific rule, altering what someone has written is a BIG no-no. If there is a question, PM me and I will deal with it specifically. If my posts are edited, you will be banned. Period.
For Tenants (Subforum Owners):
^ Subforums must follow previously mentioned guild rules. You can add your own if you like, but the main guidelines still apply.
^ All content must be PG13 or lower.
^ You may not sell, trade or give your subforum to any other members.

-Reporting-
How To Report:
Inappropriate/Rule Breaking Posts -
- If I am online, contact me (by PM) and I will handle it.
- If I am not online, contact the Vice Captain or a crew member that is online.
- In the event that no crew member is online, PM me and I will deal with it when I get back online.
Wrongful Bannings -
- If you feel that you have been wrongfully banned from the guild, PM me and I will look into it and discuss it with you.
Issues with Crew Members -
- If a crew member is harassing you, report it to me. (PM!)
- If a crew member is abusing their power (changing other's posts in a subforum, banning people for no reason, making hurtful or inappropriate posts, etc.) PM me.
Get the gist? Basically, PM me to report any problems within the guild.
When NOT to PM me:
- When a user has an opinion that differs from yours and you don't like it.
- 1337. i7'5 ||07 |-||_|R7i||G ||30||3. It's just annoying.
- Relationship/Life Issues. I'm not a caring person. Really.
- To beg. My profile sign says enough. xd
- To complain about the rules.

Consequences:
Spamming, Trolling, Flaming or abusive language -
First offense will be a PM'd warning. Second time will be a ban.
Page Stretching -
First and Second- PM'd warning and shortening/delete of post. Third will be a ban.
Posting material above PG13 -
First offense is an automatic ban.

Crew
Crew members can be demoted for the following reasons:
* Inactivity - This is only if you did not PM me beforehand to explain why.
* Breaking guild rules
* Abusing your privledges
If you have been demoted, you may PM me ONCE to dispute the demotion. If I decide that it was unnecessary, I will promote you back to crew with a 2 week probation period.
If you owned a subforum when you were demoted, you will lose it and have to reapply to get it back. This also means that you will lose your rent payments for the forum.
Tenants
You can lose your subforum for the following rule infractions:
- It breaks guild rules.
- You attempted to sell, trade or give it away.
- You were demoted from crew for breaking the rules.

By acknowledging yourself as a crew member you agree to: abide by all gaia, guild and individual subforum rules and terms of service, properly report and/or fix rule breaking posts from other members, remain active in the guild and be courteous to other guild members and staff.
I hereby reserve the right to demote any crew member or tenant that I deem unfit or unable to complete their duties within the guild.
