Well, uh.... To be a decent pendulum, we're talking a hefty few carats. I don't think that jewellers that carry diamonds that big would be people who would make pendulums. You'd be better off just buying a pendant in the appropriate shape. Even then, for one of a good pendulum size, you might have to get it specially crafted.
Are you incredibly wealthy, or something?
Interesting Fact! Diamond is really just carbon, like coal or graphite. So make a coal pendulum! Or use graphite! Teehee! sweatdrop

I would expect a real diamond stone pendulum to be quite rare, and really expensive, but I wouldn't know, really. It's a hunch, I guess. biggrin
Edit:I wonder if you could get a pendulum with your birthstone...Wouldn't that be more effective?

As a jewelry maker, I'll tell you right now, the size of diamond you would need for a proper pendulum would be in the tens of millions. No jewelry company would sell that big of as rock for the amount its worth.
You are better off with a fine rock crystal or Quartz. its more harmonic or the earths vibes then anything else you can use and its a lot more obtainable
as to the post of birth stones, same problem except it would be a lot cheaper then a diamond mrgreen
