the thing is that if Bliz ever found out that you did share account and your account some how get mess up. they will not help you (since you broke the rule) even if your friend was honest and your account was hacked or whatever.
other than that, as long it is your friend (RL) that you trust, why not. My wife and I play on each other account smile
