well this poem is kind of (ok well definitely) a sort of, ahem, theraputic, poem. but I'm just putting it up here coz I can't show it to any of my friends and posting it here does no harm, it can just be ignored.
To the brother I never had,
To the sister I never knew,
To the child that never was,
This is a eulogy for you.
I'm starting to wonder,
What would have been your name?
I'm wondering now,
If we'd have looked the same.
Would you have had tiny fingers,
And perfect little feet?
If I mourn for you...
Does it show that I am weak?
Though you see,
This is all just if's and but's.
Its not the facts,
The who's, why's and what's.
This is all in my head,
This is just fantasy,
You weren't real,
You weren't meant to be.
You were merely a foetus,
Taken from the womb,
You didn't get a coffin,
Nor a funeral or tomb.
But if you had a gravestone,
It would just say this;
"Though I never knew you,
You are loved and missed."

this is really a sad poem
though it really could be turned into a song
at least, while i was reading it, that's what i thought
all it needs is a beet to go with it
and ya know who i thought would be the perfect singer for this song?!

i dunno...but after listening to their B sides, i think his voice would be pretty good.
just my opinion anyway..
