sometimes the BD makes the mistake of selecting a ditzy one, though. like ours. and i still think i should have gotten it, but i love the girl anyway. she's the sweetest thing EVER.

Yeah, that's happened to us before. We were reeealy excited about the upcoming parade and out Drum Major forgot to do a horns up and we were already marching. The Drums rolled off and all of us were like "we Were supposed to play?'

something like that has never happened to us during a competition but at a LOT of practises our DM forgot to put us at horns up. We usually just started marching aroung at attention until she fixed it.
