I don't know if it really counts as a supernatural experience or not, but we believe it does, so judge for yourself. My fiance's best friend just passed away, and we spent the last two days before he died with him at his bedside. My fiance prayed for those two days, and asked God that if he died, to at least give him a sign that he's still with us, and watching over us. Last night we had a burn barrel in his honor. The fire was having a hard time catching, and my fiance turned up and said "Alright, Alex. I can't give you a nice fire, since this won't light, but this is for you anyway. Maybe you can help me out a bit." Shortly afterward the fire sprung up in a huge whirlwind and sent a massive amount of embers flying upward. The embers landed in the treetops and floated in the sky, and made the trees glow. With the night sky in the background and the moon, it was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, it brought tears to my eys. I wish I could've gotten a picture. We knew that was his doing. When we put the fire out at about 6 in the morning, the smoke spiraled out and made smoke rings into the trees. We agreed that it was the sign that my fiance had been praying for, and that he's still with us. It probably sounds like wishful thinking, but it was one of those had to have been there to believe it kind of things. It was absolutely beautiful, and I wanted to share it with everyone else.

Seems like that friend was a bit of a show-off, but in a good way. Mischeivous in his life? Seems like he liked a bit of fun...
