First of all, this shows Tifa's selfless-ness and her caring for Aeris a friend. :] It also shows, how Cloud can comfort and be there for Tifa. How he can allow her to just cry in his arms and they can share the pain of something together, and work through it together.Quote:

A lot of Cleris fans like to say that this shows Cloud and Tifa don't know a lot about eachother. Well, come on nao. This shows more than anything that not only does Tifa understand Cloud, but Cloud also understands Tifa. He knows she's down at this moment, and he's trying to cheer her up. He's blushing for goodness sakes. Aeris may have made him laugh, but she's never made him blush. :] And, if a Cleris would love to feed me some BS about blushing meaning you're embarrassed, please hold that silly thought. That is obviously not the case here, and if it's any type of embarrassment, iit's the shy kind. The kind that shows your affection towards another person.What I think Cloud is saying most of all here, is if Tifa forgets how to be happy, Cloud will be there to remind her. To make her happy.
