"I love you too," Saki replied with a laugh and she walked through the door. "Thank you kind sir, how polite..." She joked as she kissed Eric's cheek

''You're very wecolm, mydear ladies.'' Eric said before kissing Saki back. Then he went to kiss Tressa too, but she leaned away. With a sigh he walked in after them.
Tressa tugged on one of her mother's ears and said, ''Mommy! Can you let me down now?''

She put down her daugher and stood up straight, "Okay what do we have here," Saki said as she opened the freezer door and pulled out two ice cream tubs and set them on the table. "Vanilla and Cookies 'n Cream ice cream!"
She sat down next to Tressa and smiled, "Yay! Ice cream!" Solemn said happily as her mom pulled out the ice cream, "Mmmmmmm!"

''Sowas Tressa the only one who wanted a cone?'' Eric aked as h began to get bowls.
Tressa looked at Saki. "Mom, can I hav chocolate syrup on mine?" she asked.

Saki nodded 'yes' in responce to Eric's question, "No sweetie, grandma hasen't gone shopping yet so we're all out of chocolate syrup." She said as she reached over to get the ice cream scoop out from the drawer.
Solemn waited paciently for her ice cream, moving her tail back and forth as she hummed to herself.

"Awww!" Tressa whined. Then she sat back in her chair. "Well, I guess that's O.K. I wouldn't want to get any on my dress or in my fur." she said as she stared at the table.
Eric shook his head with a smile and brought three bowls over to Saki. "Where are the cones?" he asked her as he set them down next to the ice cream cartons.

Saki shook her head with a smile at Tressa, amused by what she said. "Uhh..." She had to think for a moment, "In the cabinet above your head, they should be there."
She smiled and took the one of the two that looked the same, "Thank you!" Solemn said as she began to eat her ice cream carefully, not wanting to get brain freeze.

Eric reached into the indicated cabbinet and pulled out a box of ice cream cones. Then he reached into an open sleeve and pulled out a cone. Handing it to Saki he said, "There we go, Two scoops of Cookies 'n Cream for Tressa."
Tressa looked over at her sister as she ate her ice cream and then watched her mother as she filled her cone with the preferred flavor.
