A gem is not polished without rubbing,

I think I just sort of figured it out one year. It was early on in my childhood, before most of my friends, but I never ruined it for anyone. I even helped my parents fool my little sister for a few more years.

nor a man perfected without trials.

I never remember figuring it out, though I think I was a bit older. I know it was solidified when I heard my parents down stairs late at night wrapping the gifts, and by the fact that Santa always signed with my mum's handwriting. She still does that for a lot of the gifts, especially the new ornaments, which I think is quite cute.

I think i figured it out one Xmas when i caught my dad eating the special cookies we made. I still talk about Santa like he's real no matter where I am though. But Especially in front of my sisters.

When I was 7 years old, My sister and I was staying up all night (We used to share a room) She said to me in American Sign Language 'Vian! I think I hear Santa' as I get excited, Running so fast downstairs to livingroom..

GASP!

My ******** Step Father stealing Santa's cookies and milk! I told him to go bed before santa comes up.

He laughed at me.. :/

"There is no such as Santa!" He said to me.
Cried, running back to bedroom and told my Sister and my sister got mad at him for telling me the truth.

There! lol

Ahh Christmas time. sweatdrop

I don't really remember how or when I found out Santa wasn't real, but I remember helping my mum be him. I think I was 10? I dunno, she's probably remember better than I can. ^__^

I totally believed in Santa til I was like 9. I remember when I was in the 1st grade, my dad took me to meet Santa and when I was like "Where are his reindeers, if he's really Santa?," they told me that his reindeers were on the rooftop of the building. Totally fell for it. rofl We lived in an apartment so I used to worry about how Santa would deliver his presents to me, since we didn't have a chimney.

Man... all things considered, I had a good childhood. No one spoiled Santa for me.<3
