My theory behind the popularity of twincest: People like it because they think a character is so good-looking that there needs to be more than one of him/her. xD
Seriously though, the twins are adorable, especially when they're being all lovey-dovey. I've only seen this cuteness in AMVs though, because one volume of any given manga would suck up a week's worth of allowance and I don't get out to the bookstore too often, nor does my mother approve of me sitting at the computer watching anime all day. But trust me, Ouran High is on my summer reading list. If I can find it anywhere.
