To be honest with you, I'm sad about this too, but as long as Russell, Phil and David stay, that's OK by me. As David says in his video diaries "If you keep working like this forever, it will kill you."

Scary times as the guard changes. Wondering if those who shuffle-up to fill the posts will do as well.
Isn't it odd that Russell, despite being the guy to which we most owe the return and popular success of Doctor Who, is somehow now probably the most replacable since we know there's Moffat-sized talent to fill the gap one day.
It's who'll fill the other posts as the current production team move on that's scary.
