Mirrored Aegis [E3] Grants a ¼ chance of reflecting a spell back at the caster at ½ of the spell’s strength. Doesn’t stack.

Mirrored Escutcheon [E3] Grants a ¼ chance of reflecting a source special damage back at the attacker at ½ of the special attack’s strength. Doesn’t stack.

These were inspired by TES: Oblivion's Spell Breaker, I love that shield. xD

I noticed you said you wanted to get around tot he item creation contest... well I'd like to submit my Robe of the Archmage... sure it's epic, but aparently, so is my staff that I have yet been allowed to make, as a summon-based rare item has not become avaliable to me.
