Me and my sister twice. For me, summer of grade 5 (going to grade 6) with blond streaks. Middle of grade 8, fuchsia (but it looked like red) streaks. My hair is multi-coloured. xd

I've always wanted to, but my mom never let me >.< When I asked for highlights, she said that with how my hair behaves, after two weeks it'll look like straw, and she'd absolutely flip out if I wanted different colored streaks, because since my hair is dark, I'd need to bleach some of it....
So, does that help out with your survey? sweatdrop
Uhhh.... A good friend of mine dyed her hair dark purple, but it wasn't very noticeable unless she was in good light. And that was 8th grade, so about 14 years she was. *talks like Yoda*
